Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data MyNest (the Windows agent, the Android app, this website and the MyNest cloud service) processes, why, and the choices you have. MyNest is operated by the MyNest team, based in India ("we"). Contact: privacy@mynestagent.com.
The short version
- Your files, screen and terminal output go from your PC to your phone. MyNest does not store them.
- We keep only what is needed to sign you in and find your PCs: your account, your linked PCs and simple usage counters.
- Usage analytics in the app are optional and off unless you allow them.
- No advertising, no selling or sharing of personal data, no cookies on this website.
What we process

Kept only on your PC: your command, script and scheduled-task history. It is deleted when the PC is unlinked. Never stored by us: the contents of your files, your screen and command output. They pass through an encrypted connection between your phone and your PC.
Who processes data for us
- Neon (database and sign-in service), servers in Singapore.
- Cloudflare (cloud API, this website, downloads, and the secure tunnel that connects your phone to your PC). Traffic through the tunnel is encrypted in transit; Cloudflare operates that connection but MyNest does not record its contents.
- Mixpanel (optional app analytics), stored in the EU, only if you allow analytics.
Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Account and linked-PC data: until you delete your account or unlink the PC.
- Usage counters: up to 90 days.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- Analytics: up to 12 months, or until you withdraw consent and ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU/UK GDPR and California law), you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account in the app or as described on the account deletion page. For anything else, email privacy@mynestagent.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board of India).
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Analytics and cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses only cookieless, aggregate visit statistics. The app asks before sending any usage analytics; you can change your choice in the app's settings at any time.
Children
MyNest is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data of children. If you think a child has an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Each PC has its own revocable key, the PC never holds a database password, database rows are isolated per account, and sensitive actions on your PC stay off until you allow them. If a breach affects your data we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes
We will post updates here and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply.
